The company DO NOT offer a refund. We do offer free revisions until the buyer is fully satisfied. In case of any concerns or problems, please refer to the customer support team. However, a refund only implies if we failed to meet a deadline. In such cases, buyers are facilitated with partial refund.
3rd party involvement like that of lawyers, friends/relatives, and payment merchants is highly discouraged at CV Masters.
The basic purpose of our existence is to keep the buyer happy with the service. And to achieve that, we are always diligent to offer free-of-cost revisions. The team is all ears for the feedback and is always ready to amend the order as per the customer's request. A new deadline will have to be decided for the revision. Also, the revision is implemented if the requirements were mentioned in the brief and the writer failed to comply with them. If a buyer needs an urgent revision on short notice, please let the customer support team know so they can check the availability of the writer. CV Masters reserve the right to refuse urgent revisions.
To confirm your order, you will have to make payment in the advance. Only then do writers start working on the order. We offer secure payment gateways in which, the details are highly secured. The standard mode of payment is Credit/Debit card. However, we do offer alternative payment methods. If you wish to pay through another payment company, please share the concern with the support team.
The order needs to be canceled within 24 hours of order placement. We own the right to refuse order cancelation after the specified time, and the buyer will have to continue with the order.
